Insanity Loves Company by ~Maliceah:iconMaliceah:

"Starry starry night,
Paint your palette blue and grey
Look out on a summer's day
With eyes that know the darkness of my soul"
VINCENT by Don Maclean (one of the most beautiful songs ever crafted)

Comforting swirling stars within
The spirits who support me, guide me;
The colors who have always been,
Who seem to know overwhelmingly.

Voices in your head that harm you,
Threaten you with failure, death.
Not friendly as are mine, who
Capture words with every breath.

Long moments spent talking, working out
Life, its beauty,  light and sweet
Cast them in and spew them about
Darkness, comfort brewed with wheat.

Looking deep into the feathered orbs
Searching for that glimmer of connection
Feeling far too old, too self-absorbed
To manage this affection.
Your arms awaken and enfold me
I sink into them, weak, you hold me.
